Ahmet Atalay, the founder of the Yörük Obası Natural Village Products brand, learned about food production from the soil to the kitchen in his hometown Altıntaş Village in the Orhaneli district where he was born, and took his first steps into the food industry there. As a father of two, Atalay, while seeking answers to the question, 'How can I provide healthier and cleaner food?' for his own and all children, established the brand and produced pasta and soups with vegetables that are additive-free and have high nutritional value.

In recent years, with the increase in ready-to-eat consumption and the need to create an alternative to the unhealthy content of packaged foods, Ahmet Atalay started working on baby soups. He established the Bebecim brand and, along with his team members who wanted to provide healthy food for their children, conducted extensive research and experiments based on scientific articles to prepare baby soup varieties that are easy to digest and highly nutritious for babies.

Differing from other soups, Atalay avoided white flour and added whole wheat flour to the products. To increase the iron level, he used lentils, and for protein, chickpeas and vegetables. By incorporating buckwheat flour and quinoa, which are ancestral seeds, and adding the numerous benefits of black cumin, Atalay provided the final touch.
