The company, which encompasses the brands ÖZTAD S.Ö. and KESTEL, commenced its production in 2006 as Öztad Gıda San. Ltd. Şti., leveraging years of experience and the support of Sami Özalp. Embracing quality and hygiene as its vision, the company initially started its production with industrial-type products and later expanded its portfolio to include retail products of the highest quality in response to customer demands.
 
Situated in the Kestel district of Bursa, the facility produces a variety of jams and fruit confections, including chestnut candy and its variations, green walnut jam, green fig jam, and pumpkin candy, among others, catering to the preferences of its customers.
